TrainFare USA provides independent travel technology and travel-agency assistance. We help customers search ticket options, compare fares, review route information, understand schedule questions, and request booking assistance. We do not operate trains, rail routes, stations, or government rail services.
Service Fees and Pricing Transparency
Quoted travel costs may include provider fare, taxes, carrier-imposed charges, and a separate service or assistance fee charged by TrainFare USA where applicable. Service fees compensate our agency for search assistance, customer support, booking help, change support, cancellation guidance, and related administrative work. Any applicable service fee should be reviewed before proceeding with a request.
Availability, Fares, and Provider Rules
Fares, schedules, availability, seat inventory, baggage terms, refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and change conditions are controlled by the applicable travel provider and may change without notice. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a fare, seat, ticket, or reservation.
